Smart Sensory Solution. It’s Spain again!
Next week the Smart Sensory Solutions team is heading to Girona, Catalonia, for the 5th congress of the Spanish Association of Sensory Analysis Professionals (AEPAS). After last year’s event in Logroño (La Rioja) we decided to join AEPAS (www.aepas.es). This year, the Association is collaborating with the Catalan institute of agrifood research and Technology IRTA (www.irta.cat) to host another conference which will take place in the Auditori Josep Irla in the beautiful town of Girona from Jun 19th until the 21st.

This edition’s theme is “The measure of inmeasurable” and over 100 participants are looking forward to the event to discuss and exchange ideas and innovative solutions to the challenges faced by the sensory analysis community. The four main topics of the conference are:
